I've spent the last seven years doing the work from the inside out — building and shipping e-commerce products on Shopify, owning the roadmap and the P&L, and answering directly to the customer.
As a founder, I led the build and launch of two production AI-powered Shopify applications, scaled a creator commerce business past $1M in product revenue, and grew DTC brands from zero to seven figures. I've made hard calls under real revenue pressure and shipped on deadlines that mattered.
